Terms & Conditions
- Clients must immediately notify KNM Interiors upon detecting any manufacturing defects.
- KNM Interiors is not liable for any damages caused by continuous use and wear and tear.
- KNM Interiors reserves the right to replace or repair any damaged item at our discretion. Any component replaced is solely a property of KNM Interiors.
Warranty Terms
- Clients must produce the original invoice to claim any warranty.
- All solid wood products have a 5-year warranty against the quality of timber and manufacturing defects.
- All PVC, HDX, and HDHMR products will have a 5-year warranty against the quality of boards and manufacturing defects.
- All MDF, Melamine, and Veneer products will have a 1-year warranty against the quality of boards and manufacturing defects.
- All Granite, Quartz, and Marble tops will have a 1-year warranty.
- All accessories will have a 6-month warranty for installation defects.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by accident or negligence.
- This warranty does not cover natural expansions and contractions of timber due to extreme heat and humidity changes.
- The warranty will be null and void due to the occurrence of the following:
- Apparent assembly, disassembly, and alteration by any party other than KNM Interiors.
- Apparent incorrect use or storage and the use of harmful chemicals for cleaning.
- Apparent water damage to boards and timber caused by continuous contact with water.
- Apparent damages caused by extended exposure to extreme heat or moisture.
Payment Terms
- The client must pay a 60% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
- The client must pay a 35% progressive payment at the completion of manufacturing.
- The client must pay the final payment of 5% at delivery or installation of the ordered products.
